Method:

  1. Combine the biscuit mix and Italian seasoning.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk eggs and milk together.
  3. Combine the wet and dry ingredients. Mix well.
  4. Stir in the cheese, pepperoni, tomatoes, and peppers.
  5. Preheat griddle to medium heat and lightly grease.
